Are you on Authorgraph?

Authorgraph is the revamped and renamed Kindlegraph, a handy web app that allows readers to request an author’s autograph for their ebook.

Launched by Seattle software developer Evan, The free service is a fun way for readers and authors to connect with each other.  Signing up for the service is easy via email or Twitter accounts and you can start requesting autographs from your favourite authors straight away.

As a writer you can easily upload your book details via their ISBN listing and add the Authograph widget to your website to let your readers know about the site.

There is a Featured Groups function where you can add a group of authors so all their books can be seen together, however at the moment you need to email Evan direct to set up the groups, though he assures me that he’s working to get these to be managed from the author dashboard.

You can follow Authorgraph on Twitter and don’t forget to let us know when you sign up so we can get our ebooks signed.

Hi! I’m the creator of Authorgraph.

Thanks for the post and for your kind words about Authorgraph. I’m currently working on several features that will help readers find authors and books that they love so that they can request a personalized digital autograph. In addition to making “Featured Groups” easier to use, I’m also planning to introduce a way for readers to browse specific genres as well as the ability to find similar authors and titles. I’d also really like to hear about any specific features that readers of this blog would like to see.

      Hi Evan,

Those developments sound fantastic. Any way that makes finding the books listed on the site will make it even easier to use.

What a brilliant idea! I’ve just signed up – and will no doubt spend half of the weekend practising my autograph rather than working… 😉
