Lovehoney has launched a new competition to find the sex toy of the future.
Its 2009 winner designed a rotating wheel which simulates oral sex, since then The Sqweel has sold thousands of units and the designer Trevor Murphy has earned over £100,000 in royalties.
You don’t need to be engineer or a designer to enter – all you need is a great idea and a rough sketch so that the Lovehoney designers can make your sex toy become a reality. As well as a drawing of your design you need to give your sex toy a product name, explain how it works, who it is for and what makes it different.
You can enter any of the three categories; best sex toy for women, best sex toy for men, best sex toy for couples. The winner of each category will receive £1,000 and the overall winner will receive £2,000 and the chance to see their dream sex toy go into production.
