We are not doctors, and we don’t even play ones on TV! As such, we have no information apart from what the Government and NHS are saying and advising.
We are very conscious of the fact that conferences aren’t exactly the best location for social distancing, which is why we cancelled our 2020, 2021 and 2022 events. There isn’t a version of a conference that can be done from 6 feet away, and so it is imperative that we make sure we are doing all we can to keep people safe, while also returning to some sort of normality.
These events are more than frivolous fun. They are a means of community building, self-discovery, and connection. It is important that we all are able to engage with our community And so that is why we have decided to start hosting this event again.
Given the nature of the conference, and the difficulty of effectively socially distance at any point, we are requiring that all attendees either be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or have tested negative for COVID-19 within the 24 hour prior to the event. Vaccination is preferable.
Please bring evidence of either your vaccination record or your negative test with you to the event as we may ask to see them. We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund to anyone without evidence of vaccination or negative test. All personal information will be kept private, as always.
While we will not be requiring facemasks in the venue but they are strongly encouraged and there is a zero tolerance policy for mask shaming. It is up to individuals to decide what they want to do.
Please do not attend the conference if you are ill. If you appear to be ill to the conference organizers or staff you may be asked to prove that you are not Covid positive and/or asked to leave. If you are asked to leave you will not be refunded for your ticket.
